PhonePe - MX/CX

This role involves interacting with customers via voice support to resolve queries, handle concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. You'll be the voice of PhonePe, ensuring every customer interaction is helpful and positive.

Salary

Fresher:

?23,000 CTC/month

Experienced:

?25,000 CTC/month

Shift Details

24/7 Rotational Shifts

(6 days working, 1 weekly off)

For Female Employees:

7 AM - 8 PM window

Qualification & Experience

Education:

Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience:

Freshers

& Experienced - Both Welcome

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English & Hindi

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in

customer service or telesales

preferred Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound customer calls

professionally

Resolve customer queries

efficiently and maintain satisfaction levels

Document call details

and maintain accurate records in the system Follow company policies and ensure a high level of service quality
