Salary

In-hand: 22,000- 25,000/-Month CTC: ?26,000 - ?29,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Customer Success Associates. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently. Provide exceptional communication and support to customers. Work in rotational shifts with week-off on rotation.

Requirements:

Graduate (Freshers are also eligible). Preferred: International experience in customer support. Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Details:

5 working days per week. Both-way cab facility provided.
