We are hiring

Customer Success & Support Associates

for multiple voice/chat/email-based roles. These positions involve handling customer queries, assisting with product/service-related issues, and providing professional support via various communication channels.

We are looking for candidates with

strong communication skills

and relevant experience in support, sales, or technical troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria

:

Graduation required

for most roles (undergraduates allowed in some)

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience

preferred (Customer Support, BPO, or Telesales) Strong communication skills in

English

or

English + Hindi

(based on role) Typing & basic computer skills mandatory Immediate joiners preferred Candidates must live

within 20 km

of the Gurugram office

Salary Range

:

?23,000 - ?32,000 CTC (Based on experience & role)

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions Assist with product-related concerns Offer resolutions via voice, chat, or email channels Ensure high-quality customer experience Follow processes for documentation and reporting
