Role Overview:



We are hiring

2 female Customer Support Executives

who can handle client queries via phone and email with empathy, clarity, and efficiency. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues and general support, helping resolve problems while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and concerns via calls and emails. Provide timely, empathetic, and effective support to resolve issues. Address escalations and collaborate with the technical team for complex concerns. Use CRM/support tools to manage tickets and ensure proper follow-up. Gather client feedback and share insights to improve support processes. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive and respectful communication.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in customer support, tech support, or client servicing preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Strong listening, patience, and interpersonal skills. Basic technical understanding or interest in learning about tech support. Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
