We're Hiring - CX & Community Associate

At Paradyes, we're on the lookout for someone who can make every customer feel heard, valued, and a part of our growing community.

About the Role

As a CX & Community Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our customers--helping them post-purchase, solving queries with empathy, and building lasting relationships. You'll also play a key role in keeping our community active, engaged, and happy.

What We're Looking For

? Graduate in any stream (bonus if you're from Communications, Marketing, or Business) ? Freshers can apply (prior customer success/support/community experience is a plus) ? Strong communication skills--both written and spoken

? Good at listening, problem-solving, and organizing work

? Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets/Excel & CRM platforms

? Someone proactive, empathetic, and community-driven
