Job Summary:

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates (Dutch - C1 Certified)

for an international process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Dutch (B2/C1), and have prior experience in an international domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and provide end-to-end issue resolution. Document customer interactions accurately. Work in rotational shifts and ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process execution.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate from a tech background.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in an international process/domain.

Language Proficiency:

B2 or C1 certified in Dutch language. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Dutch. No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). No grammatical or pronunciation errors.
