Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Executive to manage ongoing client relationships and ensure customers derive continuous value from Surepass's verification and KYC solutions. This role focuses on customer engagement, issue resolution, product adoption, and long-term success, not call-center support.
You will work closely with clients, product, engineering, and sales teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise and startup clients using Surepass APIs and dashboards.
Understand client use cases, address queries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Monitor customer usage, performance metrics, and satisfaction levels to improve retention and overall experience.
Collect customer feedback, identify trends, and share actionable insights with product and engineering teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM and internal systems.
Collaborate with sales teams to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities where relevant.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical products, APIs, and workflows (training will be provided).
Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS Support, FinTech, or B2B client-facing roles is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in technology are welcome to apply.
