Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Associate
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, understand our products, and ensure a smooth user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to provide timely resolutions and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide step-by-step guidance on using Surepass products and APIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in support systems.
Assist clients with onboarding and integration-related queries.
Provide feedback to the product team on recurring issues and customer needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and empathetic support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple way.
Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
