From body language to gestures to contextual speech intent, the software maps every key knowledge and skill parameter. Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps and improvement areas.

Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands (including Dr. Reddy's, Glenmark, Bajaj Housing Finance, Sun-pharma, IPCA, Mankind, OPPO Phones, etc.).

Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up to 60% reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of our platform.

Customer Success Associate (Partnership & Alliance) Job Responsibilities

:

Reach out to industry-specific leads by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :



? As part of the Partnerships and Alliances team, come up with a strategy to reach out to potential partners through LinkedIn, etc.

? Keeping up with market trends & competitor landscapes.

? Ensure timely follow-ups with partners and check progress on new client acquisition and engagement. ? Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).

? Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence. ? Complete individual outreach and partnership goals as provided.

? Work with partners to understand their needs and recommend the right product/offering.

? Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with partners.

? Communication with the Client and Internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

? Provide accurate and timely reporting on partner performance, deal progress, and overall contribution to company growth.

Requirement :



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

? 0-2 years of experience in sales

? Strong oral and written communication skills

? Proven ability to meet sales quotas

? Willing to go extra mile for completing sales quotas

? Proficient in Microsoft Office

? Work from Office (Mandatory)
