Customer Success & Solution Architect Intern at Vaani AI Research, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to drive growth and revenue for our cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will involve client interaction, customer success, and fostering strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for prompt engineering solutions, data visualization, and problem-solving to meet clients' needs effectively. Additionally, your interpersonal skills and effective communication will be key in pitching our services and closing deals successfully. Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer support.

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

3. Develop & Implement voice AI solutions using internal voice agent builder based on client requirements.

4. Communicate effectively with internal teams to help product improvement.

4. Utilize data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to clients.

5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.

6. Identify new business opportunities and participate in business development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
