Key Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption of chatbot solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support
Coordinate between clients and the tech team for custom chatbot requirements
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention
Gather and document client requirements and feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
Maintain client records, reports, and project updates
Assist in optimizing chatbot performance based on user feedback
Use Excel and Google Workspace tools to manage data, reporting, and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support Skills.
Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions.
Must have a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
Should have knowledge about basic AI tools.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Technical or any related field is required.
Prior customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
