Essential Job Functions:

• Learning Coordinator (See full description)
• Coordinate Private training class deliveries.
• Solve training class delivery issues.
• Create and maintain Public training schedules across various geographies, languages, and delivery formats.
• Make Trainer staffing assignments.
• Complete incoming requests related to Learning services.
• Document internal and Customer facing processes and policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 2- 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience in coordinating global training events, Services Operations, Customer service, and Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; skilled at using Outlook, experience with learning management systems beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
