Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success
Manage onboarding, training, and adoption of the Bandhoo/Constra platform for assigned clients.
Ensure customers achieve their business outcomes by effectively using the product.
Track customer engagement and identify early signs of churn or drop-offs.
Conduct periodic review meetings and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
Account Management
Own client relationships end-to-end and maintain long-term engagement.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Support clients with queries, feature requests, and product clarifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
Must be
based in Mumbai
and
fluent in Marathi
.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech, BE, MCA, MBA
, or an equivalent degree.
Experience in
B2B SaaS, construction tech, or productivity tools
is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand product workflows and explain them clearly to customers.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
