Provide detailed information about study abroad options, admissions processes, visa procedures, and offered services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer questions.
Lead Management
Record, track, and update leads in CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into consultations or service enrollments.
Process Coordination
Coordinate with counsellors, documentation teams, and visa experts to ensure timely service delivery.
Schedule counselling sessions, appointments, and follow-ups.
Customer Service
Resolve client concerns quickly and escalate issues when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Administrative Duties
Maintain records, reports, and call logs.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports.
Skills & QualificationsEssential
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Preferred
Experience in overseas education, immigration, or counselling industry.
Knowledge of study destinations such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
