Responsibilities:

  • Support Human Resources Services for all HR products
  • Consult customers through various interaction channels
  • Process electronic requests via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems
  • Register, classify, and finalize customer orders in the order management system
  • Maintain close cooperation with team leaders and back office departments
  • Address process difficulties to HIS Specialists or Process Manager
  • Maintain and update process documentation in the knowledge management system
  • Provide training and support to new joiners and junior colleagues
  • Track and escalate service quality issues following established procedures
  • Answer inquiries from employees, managers, and candidates using available tools
  • Suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the hierarchical superior
