We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecaller / Customer Executive
to join our interior design and contracting firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce company services and generate new business leads.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain a database of client information, leads, and follow-ups using Excel.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales/design team.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing projects with clients.
Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-up and support.
Handle inbound calls and route them to appropriate departments when required.
Assist the marketing team in promotional activities, campaigns, and event coordination.
Prepare and share daily call reports and lead status updates with management.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: 0-1 years in tele calling, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in interiors, architecture, or real estate).
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
