Job Description

Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Make outbound calls to customers to provide information or follow up on previous inquiries.

Receive inbound calls and resolve queries in a professional manner.

Update and maintain customer information in the database.

Explain services or products to customers clearly and accurately.

Transfer calls to relevant departments when needed.

Handle customer feedback, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain daily call logs and provide reports as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
