About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
2. Resolving customer complaints
3. Managing database records
4. Drafting status reports on customer service issues
5. Working on data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
6. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
7. Working on interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
8. Handling and resolving complaints

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
2. Work remotely
3. Need a good laptop and good connection (mandatory)
4. Work the night shift (must be able to do it at Canadian time)
5. Must have computer skills (Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, social media, etc)
6. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates
7. You must be able to work all night because this job is in Canada

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of extra revenue generated).
