Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional with at least 2 years of experience in

customer service and sales

. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, promote services, resolve issues efficiently, and help grow revenue by up-selling and cross-selling Optiontown products.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat. Provide detailed information about Optiontown's services, offers, and features. Assist with bookings, modifications, upgrades, and cancellations. Actively promote relevant products/services to boost conversions and revenue. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions using internal CRM tools. Meet daily/weekly targets for service quality and sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or sales role. Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written. Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills. Ability to up-sell and cross-sell in a service-oriented way. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications. Experience in the

travel, airline, or e-commerce

industry will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred in hospitality, travel, or business).
