About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service / Technical Support team. The ideal candidate should come with 0 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably from a BPO environment, and must have undergone accent training with a strong US accent. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide first-level technical support and resolve customer queries related to products/services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues via call, chat, or email, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels while maintaining ownership until resolution.
• Document interactions in CRM tools and ensure accurate records of customer communications.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support (Voice Process).
• Prior BPO experience with US clients preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills with a clear US accent.
• Should have undergone accent training / voice & accent neutralization training.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts to support US customers.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting IT/technical issues is an added advantage.
