Education: Graduation only

working days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off

Experience: International bpo

Shift timings: 24x7(US Shift)

Salary:Experience: upto 25k in-hand for freshers or 42k for experiences one

Round Of Interview-HR - Versant-58+ -CD -Ops .

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs. Meet performance targets (like CSAT, AHT). Communicate clearly in English. Work in rotational/night shifts.
