Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for a retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales targets, and managing inventory. Job Responsibility: Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Ensure product display and cleanliness of the retail space. Assist in processing sales transactions, billing, and basic cash handling. Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment. Support in receiving, tagging, and arranging stock on shelves. Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives as guided. Maintain daily records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory. Follow all operational procedures and company guidelines. Communicate effectively with the store manager and team. Candidate Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline) Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome Ability to speak in English, Konkani, and/or Hindi Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work in shifts (within store hours) Knowledge or interest in retail/sustainable/local products is a plus Location: Benaulim (South Goa) For any further details please write to us at
