Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
2. Guide customers on improving their CIBIL scores and overall financial health.
3. Provide detailed information about GoCred's products and services, emphasizing their benefits in enhancing CIBIL scores.
4. Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and offer effective solutions.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve operational processes.
