Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding professionally and providing information about products and services
2. Informing customers about new features and functionalities
3. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
4. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
5. Handling customer queries and complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
6. Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the sales and IT team
7. Handling customer calls over a call
