We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated call support executive to join our team. This internship offers the flexibility of working from home, provided you have a quiet and noise-free environment. We prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction, so it is crucial that there are no background noises on call during customer interactions.
Must Note:
1. Quiet and noise-free workspace required
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
3. The intern should have excellent communication and persuasive abilities, along with a friendly and courteous manner when interacting with customers
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Verify customer addresses, specifically incomplete addresses, to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
2. Make phone calls to customers regarding undelivered orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
