Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Effectively communicate technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
b. Technical Troubleshooting:
1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products or services.
2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions.
3. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
c. Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
2. Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
