About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
2. Engage with customers daily to address their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Act as a liaison between the company and partner institutes to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
