About the internship
Are you a dynamic and customer-oriented individual with a passion for stock trading and digital marketing? The Trading Fox is looking for a Customer Service/Customer Support intern who is proficient in English and Hindi, knowledgeable in stock trading, digital marketing, and MS-Excel. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online trading.
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and trading platform navigation
3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and email campaigns
5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze customer data and trends
6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies
7. Continuously improve your knowledge of stock trading and digital marketing to better serve our clients.
