Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Assisting and guiding users on troubleshooting issues and resolving operational problems
3. Responding to and managing inquiries and support requests via email, ensuring clear and accurate communication
4. Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures
5. Using ChatGPT for assistance with complex queries
