Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecaller professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing
customer calls, responding to WhatsApp messages, and providing exceptional
customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecaller Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service
information.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling
products/services to customers.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and
WhatsApp messages.
WhatsApp Replies Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages from customers in a timely and
professional manner.
2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product/service
details, pricing, and availability.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues via WhatsApp, escalating to senior
management as necessary.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback
and surveys.
