About the Job
This is a mix of customer support and sales.
Your work will involve speaking with international customers, understanding their questions, helping them with accurate information, and recommending the right products or services. When suitable, you will upsell, cross-sell, and close sales.
This is a professional office role. No fieldwork.
Who Can Apply
Graduates only
Freshers with good English communication skills
Candidates with at least 1 year experience
Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur
Comfortable working in an international process environment
If you are someone who can communicate clearly and handle customers patiently, you will do well here.
Salary
Freshers:
Up to ?32,000 per month
Experienced (1+ year):
?40,000 per month
Additional incentives based on performance
