Position: Customer Support Trainer

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Trainer, you'll play a key role in onboarding and developing new customer service agents. You'll deliver engaging training sessions, coach on best practices, and ensure every new hire is equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for new customer service agents Conduct live sessions on communication, tools, and customer handling techniques Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Update training materials based on evolving processes and client needs Collaborate with team leads to ensure training aligns with performance goals

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or training roles Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way Familiarity with CRM systems, support tools, and remote training platforms Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Pay Per Hour: $3.5

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹307.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service training: 4 years (Preferred)
