? Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage,



Service Desk



? Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets



? Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge



? Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)



? Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products



? Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
