Job Description
Process : Titanium Voice {Black}
Education : Graduates (15 years of education)
Language : English and any of this language Hindi/ Malayalam /Marathi/Gujarati/Tamil/Kannada
Salary : Upto 20000/- Take home (Stipend)
Fluency : Versant 5 and above
Experience : Minimum 6 months
Shift : Boys (Rotational shift ) / Girls (6am to 8pm) Any 9 hrs
Week Off : 2 Rotational week off
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
