Role Overview



We are hiring a

Female Customer Support Associate / Telecaller

who will act as the frontline voice for resident queries, support calls, and customer communication. The ideal candidate must be

polished, soft-spoken, confident, and strong in telecalling etiquette

.

Key Responsibilities



Make and receive calls related to resident queries, complaints, or onboarding. Soft and professional communication over

phone, WhatsApp, and email

. Maintain daily call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up records. Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance for quick resolution. Handle high-volume calls with patience and clarity. Assist in sales follow-ups, renewals, and feedback calls. Build strong customer rapport and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements



Female candidate only.

0-3 years of customer support, telecalling, or hospitality experience. Excellent English & Hindi communication skills. Polished phone etiquette and confidence in handling different customer types. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp Business.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
