We are looking for an enthusiastic

Customer Service Telecaller

to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls professionally Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups Provide accurate information about products/services Maintain call records and customer details Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher or minimum

6 months of telecalling/customer service experience

Good communication skills

in Hindi and/or English Basic computer knowledge preferred Ability to work in a target-oriented environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn

6 days a week

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
