Job Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Contacting the potential and existing customers to promote products / services, generate leads to increase our overall sales.
Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Lead Management: Identifying new prospects and nurturing relationships for future sales.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive experience, even with challenging customers, by resolving issues effectively.
Coordinate & schedule site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
:
Education: UG in Degree / Engineering (Preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele-Calling, Tele-Sales
Language: Ability to fluently speak in English, Tamil.
Skill: Strong Coordination and Communication Skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and persuasive skills are crucial.
Sales/Negotiation: Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving customer issues.
Patience & Professionalism: Maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
Technical: Familiarity with basic call scripts, databases & CRM Software.
