A Customer Service Team Member in a smoothie QSR is responsible for delivering fast, friendly service while preparing high-quality smoothies and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter.
Prepare smoothies and beverages as per standard recipes.
Ensure speed of service during peak hours.
Handle cash, POS billing, and digital payments.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and dining area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs.
Upsell add-ons and promote ongoing offers.
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely.
Support opening and closing store operations.
Skills Required
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Teamwork and multitasking ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum1 year Experience in QSR, cafe, or food & beverage outlet (preferred but not mandatory).
