Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant, take orders, and address any inquiries.
Ensure customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Provide a positive, friendly, and professional experience for every guest.
Order Taking and Cash Handling:
Take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Ensure that all transactions are processed smoothly and that customers are charged correctly.
Food Preparation and Service:
Prepare food orders based on customer requests (if applicable).
Ensure food and beverages are served with proper presentation and at the correct temperature.
Assist in setting up, replenishing, and clearing tables.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.
Perform general cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen, dining room, and other work areas tidy.
Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Support other team members during peak hours and busy shifts.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by law and restaurant policies.
Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Assist in ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
