We are hiring
experienced Team Leaders
for the
Tata 1mg Customer Service Process
at our
Thane location
. Candidates must be
immediate joiners
and willing to join first at our Noida facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of customer service executives handling inbound queries.
Ensure team targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.) are met consistently.
Monitor daily performance and provide coaching & feedback.
Prepare performance reports and handle escalations.
Conduct regular team meetings and briefings.
Coordinate with quality and operations teams to drive improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a
Team Leader
in any
customer service or inbound BPO process
.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in handling reports and performance metrics.
Qualification:
HSC / Graduate (Any stream).
Should be a
team player
, adaptable, and performance-driven.
Immediate joining
is mandatory.
Willing to relocate or join at
Noida
temporarily if required.
