Responsibilities:

2. Utilize expertise in email communication and Excel sheets to streamline workflow and optimize team productivity.
3. Provide training and support to team members in utilizing email and Excel tools effectively.
4. Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
5. Coordinate task allocation and workflow management to ensure smooth operations.
6. Resolve escalated issues and conflicts within the team promptly and professionally.
7. Adaptability to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in team leadership with proficiency in email communication and Excel sheets.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in

rotational shifts.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
