Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, supervise, and support the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor outbound and inbound calls to ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance team performance. Make calls to prospective clients when necessary and assist the team during high volume periods. Track team performance through reports, dashboards, and call records. Maintain and update databases, call logs, and lead sheets. Motivate team members to maintain positive energy, professionalism, and consistent performance. Coordinate with management to develop calling scripts, strategies, and improvement plans. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer concerns. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and call standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
