Lead and manage a team of sales/dealing executives. Drive acquisition of Demat & Trading Accounts. Achieve team sales targets across equity broking & financial products. Train, motivate, and monitor team performance. Handle escalated client queries and ensure top-notch service. Ensure adherence to SEBI norms and internal compliance. Collaborate with departments like research, operations, and compliance.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
