Job Description

Team Leader for Inbound Customer Service -- Blended (Inbound & Outbound)



Should have experience to handle - Blended Process Specially Inbound, as well Outbound.

Would be better if carries some knowledge of Hospital / Medical Industry.

Good Comm. Skills., Should Be Team Leader on Papers, with experience of 2years & above, Mandate - handling Inbound Customer Service.

Should be able to Drive Answering Levels, Manage Real Time & Lead the Team - even take calls during call flow.

Data Management, Monitor Performance, Reports Metrics

Shift timings: 6:00am to 11:00pm with Rotational Week Off (Any 9 Hour Window)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
