Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Monitor team performance using KPIs and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of incentive schemes and operational workflows
Prepare, review, and share Excel/Google Sheet-based reports, dashboards, and updates
Manage client and internal escalations to ensure timely resolutions
