m4marry Tele-Marketing
team. Take charge of daily operations and drive revenue through effective team performance. Set targets, guide the team, and ensure goals are met consistently. Motivate and support your team with regular training and feedback. Communicate clearly with both the team and management to keep things running smoothly. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting targets is key.Who We're Looking For
Someone with
3+ years of experience
in leading a telemarketing or tele-sales team. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in theMatrimonial industry
