Job Summary:



We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Customer Service Representatives

to handle

international voice support

for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (e.g., US, UK, Australia).

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, quality score, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum graduate (any discipline).

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in international voice support or customer service.

Communication Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Shift Flexibility:

Willingness to work in

night shifts / rotational shifts

as per international time zones.

Personality:

Customer-oriented, empathetic, patient, and confident on calls.

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience in

BPO / International Call Center

.

Knowledge of voice etiquette and call-handling techniques.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
