Role Overview

This dual-function role combines store management excellence with customer relationship mastery. You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, manage the retail team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our luxury brand values. The ideal candidate thrives in Mumbai's competitive luxury retail landscape and understands the nuances of high-value jewelry sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence:



Greet and engage customers with personalized attention, understanding their preferences and jewelry requirements Build strong relationships with VIP clients and wedding customers through exceptional service delivery Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion Develop customer profiles and maintain detailed CRM records for follow-up and relationship building Guide customers through jewelry selection, explaining product features, diamond certifications, and care instructions

Store Management & Operations:



Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and coordination with Mumbai suppliers Ensure visual merchandising standards align with luxury brand image and seasonal campaigns Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity

Sales & Business Development:



Drive store sales targets and implement growth strategies for the Mumbai market Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and VIP customer experiences Collaborate with marketing team on local market initiatives and customer acquisition Analyze sales trends and provide insights for inventory planning and product assortment
Required Qualifications

3-5 years

experience in luxury retail store management, preferably jewelry or fashion in Mumbai Strong background in customer service excellence and relationship management Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Mumbai's competitive retail environment Knowledge of diamonds, gold jewelry, and precious metals (training provided) Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi Leadership experience with team management and development capabilities
Technical Skills

Proficiency with POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management tools Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media for store promotion Understanding of luxury retail operations and visual merchandising principles
