About you and this role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability to Dow. Your job will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders in end-to-end work processes and systems. You will be responsible of maintaining customers' thorough knowledge of the business' products, applications, and service offerings.
You will need to provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Customer Service, Supply-chain, Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives. Use conceptual knowledge and experience to complete a range of assignments and tasks.
