We are hiring for Customer Service Senior Executive for a Freight forwarding
Location : Gujarat( Kandla )
Experience : 4+ years
Salary : 6 - 7 Lakhs Per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to Air and Sea export & import shipments
Coordinate with operations, documentation, pricing, and overseas agents
Receive shipment bookings and ensure timely processing
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers
Prepare and share shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and CHA
Handle issues such as delays, amendments, or customer complaints
Ensure service delivery as per agreed timelines and customer SOPs
Maintain proper records and update shipment details in system
Support billing team with required shipment details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
